Nature Dance Workshop

Single sessions to play in nature :

Immerse ourselves in it, settle in, and create with it !


The moving body is stimulated by the wind, sounds, textures, and the colors of the seasons.

The body is a landscape. It is a mirror, it engages in dialogue, or invents poetic gestures that respond to the surrounding landscapes.

These Saturdays will include somatic practices (to listen to the body and explore its movement possibilities), embodied dance, 
group and performative games, writing, and body and voice exercises.

There will be time for individual, partner/trio, and group exploration.

I primarily use the tools of the Life/Art Process®, along with those of Neurodance®, EcoRitual®, and Healing Tao®. 
I am a graduate and certified practitioner in each of these disciplines.


Please bring:

Comfortable clothing for dancing outdoors
A notebook and pen for writing sessions
Water and a snack


Price:

€25/session
€70/quarter
€180/year (September to June)
Reservation after transfer
+ €20/membership for the 2026-2027 academic year
