The residential WORKSHOP invites you to immerse yourself in a sensory, artistic and collective experience. I'll accompany you as you repatriate your artistic singularity, with CREATION at the heart of our playground. We'll start with an approach to the body in movement (somatic). We'll spend time alone, in twos and threes, stimulating body memories, creativity and playfulness. We'll experiment with different approaches: dance improvisation, ritual, dance in nature and collective experiments to create intuitive scores. Ritual performance will be at the heart of our explorations: creating to transform and anchor new dimensions both in our art practice and in our lives. Nature will guide us. 

For the Life/Art Process®, created by Anna Halprin in California, our bodies contain the entirety of our life experiences. When we set ourselves in motion, we open up the possibility of delving into this personal and collective library. Through dance, drawing, creative writing and voice, we explore and express our discoveries. Body expression becomes a resource for self-discovery.

This 4-day workshop is designed to :
- recharge your batteries, connect with your body and the Earth
- stimulate and impulse vitality
- draw inspiration from within and from the environment (nature, others)
- connect with intuition and creative potential
- play, create, co-create in the studio and in nature

Mornings are dedicated to exploration in the studio - dance, drawing, writing, voice, to tap into oneself and others: MERVEILLES !
Afternoons explorations, harvestings, performance in nature. 

WHO IS IT FOR - Open to all.

WHEN - July 17th at 10 am to July 20th at 5 pm - possibility of sleeping on site the night before.

WHERE - La Chaleurumaine
at Mas Raynal (commune of Cornus) on the Larzac plateau (30 min from Lodève - 1h Montpellier).

ACCOMMODATION 
La Chaleurumaine offers shared rooms. 
12€/night/person (including sheets except towels)
Possibility of sleeping in a truck. No camping.

MEALS - self-catering, kitchen available. Possibility of ordering lunch/day: €12/day
