- Explore creation in nature
- Breathe
- Write metaphors with the body in movement
- Have fun colectively
- Connect with what is urgent to put in voice and body in a caring environment

No pre-requisites
Open to ALL LEVELS : amateurs and artists who are willing to explore, create, move and embrace life with art.
