3 Cycles of weekly classes
1 cycle/2 monthes : 8 classes of 2h
Thursdays at 6:30 - 8:30 pm

You can take 1, 2 or all 3 cycles or start in the 2nd or 3rd cycle if you need to.
The ideal of course is to follow the entire 3 cycles to enter deeply into the matter of the body and deploy its art.

These classes are meant to be a place of :

• resourcing through the practices of the Tao
• creativity through art and awareness of the body in movement inspired by  Life/Art Process®
• connection between women where we develop sisterhood
• depth to explore themes of Life through the artistic process.

#1 Cycle: OPENING 

to oneself, to the other, to the world...

This 1st cycle offers a time of connection to the heart with listening to the senses, to intuition, to our inner child. We connect with art, the body and the environment. We stimulate sensuality, confidence, pleasure through a concrete approach to Tao and Life/Art Process® Expressive Arts. Relating and opening to her female body and her essence.

More specifically, we address :
- listening to the messages of the heart
- the inner smile
- dance, writing and drawing as resources for expressing one's essence
- stimulation of the glands and regulatation of the hormonal system 
- the relationship between the pelvis and the heart
- opening to the pleasure


DATES : January 11th, 18th, 27th - February 1st, 8th, 15th, 22d - March 1st.
Exceptionally, the week of January 25th will be given on Thursday, January 27th at the same schedule.


#2 Cycle : HEART - UTERUS RELATIONSHIP 

Roots and Alchemy 

This 2nd cycle focuses on the art of transformation. Through the movement of the body, the emotions, the imagination: life stories and the state of being evolve. The heart connected to the Uterus is a heart anchored in its roots. When these roots are connected to Mother Earth and our kidneys, our power as alchemists expands!

More specifically we address:
- the Lotus Flower: the roots of our body and the blossoming of the heart
- Meditations related to our organs, our nervous system and our digestive system
- dance, writing and drawing as resources for the expression of alchemy
- the breasts as a gateway to vitality
- our powers of the Magician to transform lead into gold
- relationship to our ancestors
- Dao IN, the yoga of the Tao
- the mask of beauty

DATES : March 8th, 15th, 22d, 29th - April 14th, 19th, 26th, May 3rd.
Exceptionally, no class on April 5th AND the week of April 12th will be given on Thursday, April 14th at the same schedule.

#3 Cycle : MAGIC CAULDRON

Sexual creature, a resource of creativity

This 3rd cycle takes us into the meanders of the cauldron, our pelvis. Listening to the structure and the interior of the basin offers fundamental keys to being centered, making decisions and realizing our dreams. We combine art and techniques to get to know our sexual creature in depth, which means our organs and their power of alchemy. Being connected to the wild woman is about detecting the messages of her body and creating from this deep listening space. 

More specifically, we address :
- listening and messages from our Jade Palace
- the anatomy of the female pelvis
- the she-wolf and anchoring
- dance, writing and drawing as resources for the expression of presence
- the Orbit of the Moon
- how to recharge the world of kidney water 
- pleasure stimulation and the Goddess Lilith

What is Healing Tao®?

The Healing TAO® is a phisical practice to cultivate the middle way,andt find the balance to feel vibrant and creative. This approach focuses on stimulating vital energy to cleanse toxins, nourish organs and bones, drain lymph, and return to the center. Healing TAO® offers a work of alchemy, the transformation of lead into gold. The taoïst practices focuse on sexual energy as a vital energy resource. The Earth is sexual energy in its raw state. It fertilizes everything through the alchemy of sun and water. We humans can refine the Earth's sexual energy through physical exercises so that it becomes a source of life energy and thus cultivate our Qi.

My approach is to embody the Qi to stimulate creativity and artistic sensitivity.

WHO AM I?
My name is Marie Close, choreographer, traveler, seeker of truths and woman committed to the empowerment of women and men on Earth.
I love to stimulate people's creativity to connect to their heart, their intuition, their body in movement. This allows to release tensions to connect to one's essence.

I am inspired by the Life/Art Process® that I have been teaching for 7 years, by dance improvisation, by Healing Tao® and by Alejandro Jodorowsky's psychomagic. I offer somatic and creative work to stimulate vital energy and the audacity to be oneself.
