in the middle of nature and close to the sea...

Residential workshop co-animated by Amandine Servranckx and Marie Close

We have the desire to offer a space, a time and tools to connect to one's nature / nature, in Women's Circle. Being together to create a link between life, art & elements.

During this week we will experiment with body, creativity and rituals of grounding and alchemy. There will be moments of dancing, singing, nature and sharing of experiences.

Our motor will be the body in movement. 
Discovering our anatomy as women, feeling our cells quiver, expressing emotions and stimulating our imagination through dance, drawing, voice and writing. Stimulate authentic expression.
Being in nature will be a precious resource to sharpen our senses, our essence and to vibrate the connection. 
In this time of upheaval, it seems important to us to return to our body structure in order to strengthen the roots, to refine the feelings, to open the heart and to dare the transformation of lead into gold. 
To explore the art of alchemy is to develop one's health, to assume one's power and to learn to use one's personal "magic" by anchoring oneself in a concrete reality and by humbly contributing to the whole, each one with its pearls and its challenges. 

Concretely, there will be times of : 

DANCE, SOMATICS, LIFE/ART PROCESS, IMPROVISATION, TAO, RITUAL, REST, WRITING, CIRCLE, NATURE EXPLORATION, GAMES, REFLECTION, SISTERHOOD, BREATHING, DRAWING, SAUNA, WALKING, WORK THAT CONNECTS, SINGING, SEA.

TO CONNECT TO OUR CREATIVE PARTS and bring to light the panoply of our facets.
We will take care to alternate work time and integration time so that the rhythm is gentle.

On the program:

* Proposals to stimulate, revive and rejoice your physical, emotional, mental and creative body
* Explorations in the studio and in nature
* Moments of sharing and sisterhood
* An immersion in the heart of yourself
* A celebration of the living in yourself and in all things
* Another rhythm in another space
* Movement, drawing, writing, touch, presence, circle sharing, reflections, art, surprises, celebration, simplicity, depth, authenticity.
* Ritual spaces 
* Knowledge about Tao and ancestral wisdoms in connection with Chinese Medicine

You will LEAVE with : 

* The link between your physical body, your emotions and your thoughts
* Keys to listening to your intuition and the feeling of being present
* Ingredients to stimulate your boldness and creativity
* A restored connection to a true childlike curiosity, and a perspective that looks at the world with wonder
* A connection with your deepest nature
* An experience of intimate and inspiring relationships that honor vulnerability with other participants, which will leave you delighted and heartbroken.

Typical Day 

7:30-9:15 am Breakfast
8:00 am Studio opens in silence for morning practice
9:30am - 12:30pm We start the day together: workshop
12:30-3:00 Lunch and break
3 - 5 pm Workshop
7pm Meal 
8-9pm Harvest: singing, drawing, talking, fires

DATES
From 7th to 12th July 2022
We start the course on July 7th at 5:30 pm, welcome to arrive from 4 pm. We will finish on July 12th at 4:30 pm.
There is the possibility to leave on the 13th morning if you request it, paying the extra night.

No PREREQUISITES 
Open to all: to have the curiosity to discover one's body in movement and to immerse oneself in a meeting with oneself in a circle of women.

MATERIALS
Bring comfortable clothes for dancing, thermos, writing pad, pen, A3 sheets and colored pastels, a small blanket, your swimsuit.

BIOGRAPHY

Marie Close 
Performer, choreographer and teacher, I have been dancing since the age of 5. I am fascinated by: the wild expression of being, the somatic messages of the body and the power of transformation through art. As a traveler, I am inspired by collective experiences and shamanic rituals to nourish my artistic practice. My idealism leads me very early in socio-artistic projects. Art has always been for me a space of connection. The meeting with Anna Halprin in 2012 anchors my performance & healing vision. 
I created the Compagnie Eau-delà danse to transmit art as a movement of Life. In recent years, I teach Life/Art Process® and create performances with professionals and amateurs in Brazil, Ibiza, Thailand, Belgium. My studies in Tao® bring today a sacred dimension to the somatic transmission. I love to stimulate your intuition and creativity: in studio, in nature and in individual sessions.

As an observer of inner worlds, Amandine Servranckx has always been fascinated by human nature, the expressive power of bodies in movement and the transformative power of creativity.
Dance, healing, magic, writing and drawing have come together to form a whole that she has been sharing since 2015 within her different spaces where it is about embodied presence, exploring wounds and beliefs, mysteries and power, body, emotion, connection, nature, listening, connection, sharing and authenticity.
