WORKSHOP in the heart of the magical island of FUERTEVENTURA.
In the heart of the Canary Islands, with my eyes riveted on Africa and my heart anchored in Latin land, I open a space-time of art and resource. Fuenteventura is one of the treasures of the world that has remained a green zone in these moments of confinement!

Improvisation Dance, Voice, Drawing, Writing, Healing Tao® (qi quong, meditation, dao in)
In a circle of women, we discover our creative potential, the feminine anatomy and the power of creating together! 

I invite you to enter in the dance by sensitive listening and awareness of your anatomy. Connecting with the Sacred Feminine, with the receptivity, with your intimate waters by breathing, sounding and creating gestures. I am inspired by my contemporary dance practice, the Life/Art Process® and Tao for Women (based on Chinese medicine)


In this particular WORKSHOP, we will be FOCUSING to our ESSENCE : What defines me? What is my energy and creative body wanting to express? What color is my ESSENCE ?

My tools: 
- Healing TAO® : connection to the anatomy to integrate the way our feminine body works and our resources through : pelvic and organs study, practice to cultivate Chi
- Life/Art Process®: Stimulate the sensitive body as a source of creativity and expression to : 
* To amplify the artistic and human potential
* To collaborate and create collectively
* Accepting all our parts to create artistic forms
* Going deep into ecology and recycle
* Living together within a creative and self-knowledge dynamic


I am particularly interested in somatic work (feeling of the body in motion) to take you towards creativity. My discovery of the TAO makes me realize how much physical body: structure of the bones, organs, tissues are connected to emotions and spirit.

We have the power to anchor ourselves and create well-being in our daily lives, simply, creatively, gently and gracefully !
The key to dialogue is art!
Art brings into play the matters of life.

Agenda :
- Somatic explorations (awareness of the body in movement) to open a space of dialogue with oneself.
- Dance improvisation
- Drawing, Writing and Voicing
- Composition: with the space, the rhythm and the others. What are the movements and material I use to express myself?
- Dance in nature : interact with nature means understanding yourself better and amplify your creative perspective.
