MONDAY WEEKLY COURSE - 6:30-8:30am

Movement workshop to dive into the heart of the interior landscape. Dance improvisation to stimulate mindfulness and the relation between anatomy and gestures. Connecting to intimate organs, pelvis, being a woman. Breathing and creating.

I am inspired by my practice in contemporary dance, the Life/Art Process® and the Tao for Woman.

Audience: Women - no dance experience required
